Nowadays, cold-pressed oils are an essential in every kitchen. They refine the simplest of dishes with their flavor and on top of that, their unsaturated fatty acids are healthy. “ESSGESCHICHTEN (culinary stories)” introduce “oil makers” who extract oil from nuts or linseed as done 100 years ago. A physical therapist demonstrates an Ayurvedic oil massage and a musician reveals many things one can do with linseed oil.
